Brandon oversees ATP’s legal services department and has broad and extensive experience in the practice of law, to include serving as an Assistant City Attorney for both the City of Austin and the City of Fort Worth prior to joining the Austin Transit Partnership (ATP) in June 2021.
Brandon’s experience includes advising municipal boards and officials, overseeing civil litigation, providing general counsel advice to medium and large public agencies, drafting and negotiating contracts and interlocal agreements, and advising public officials on several complex policy and business matters. Brandon currently serves as the Board Secretary for the ATP Board of Directors.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Southwestern University (in Georgetown, Texas) and his JD from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.
