Alvin is the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Austin Transit Partnership (ATP). Alvin embraces building transit in communities and looks forward to building a safe and reliable transit system that Austin will be proud of. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, and has over 24 years of experience including experience as an Agency Project Manager, Contractor, and as a Design professional on several Major transit projects in Arizona, California, and now Texas.
